Hi,As a company, we have been using intercom for some time. We have now reached the point where we also want to set up all inbound e-mail.A short introduction to our company. We use intercom to contact our 20,000 delivery people who distribute for us every week.In addition to chat support, we now also want to have incoming emails picked up within intercom by our various teams.Teams are divided into regions and there are different functions within the region.We would like to have incoming mail arrive in a regional inbox by region. We would then like to have a division within this teams inbox with different sub inboxes.We are going to segment our users in intercom into regions.I want to be able to apply rules to the general email addresses so that they end up in the correct team inboxes, but preferably also in sub-team boxesSo my question is actually whether this is possible? I hope the image below helps clarify my story

Hi,The situation is like this.We have a page that is already integrated with Intercom web chat. I would like to know if there’s any way that we can enter this page by URL with some query parameters, and the chatbox can automatically show up and prefill with the specific wording.  Thanks in advance!!

Is there any way to keep the conversations from needed to be scrolled horizontally? No matter how I zoom in and out, it seems to always revert back to cutting half the emails off so that I have to scroll using the sideways scroll- very frustrating. 

I’m setting up my clinical team on Intercom, but wondering if there are any other users with a similar use-case.  We are a small clinical/admin team who are only using Intercom to communicate with our existing customers (who are patients of ours). We will need to communicate with them frequently (daily) over SMS and phone.  I’m wondering if there are any others in a similar space who have used Intercom in this way? Would love to connect to understand your set up process. For example, I’m not needing any of the Messenger capabilities at this time, so much of the set up process I’m seeing so far is irrelevant.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! 

Hi, i saw in this article here that you should be able to see all edits made, check every version etc, but im not being able to click the versions or see the edits, is there a way i can solve this? I saved a version and it didn´t actually saved and i can´t see the edits :/

It seems that now the rating is being sent after a conversation is closed after 7 days (without any reply from both sides) . Have you done any recent changes in regards to this? 

 It shows me an error message: An error occurred while loading your conversations. I tried reloading my page, opening in incognito, restarting my device, to no avail. I have intercom on my phone as well, and it’s working there. Help please. The error on my Help Desk inbox 

I find it fascinating that Intercom, a customer support company, has no support on weekends. My subscription expired on a Friday and I wanted to renew, however going through the renew process failed because the system said I already had an active subscription. This is a $1,000+ purchase.Instead it’s been over 24 hours and still no response from Intercom. Luckily the purchasing glitch fixed itself after 24 hours so I’m now able to use the account again. But for 24 hours I was unable to respond to customers.Intercom seems to operate like a legacy government agency with archaic work rules. Just a reminder there are many competitors out there offering similar products, often for 10% of the cost of an Intercom account.

My entire account is down.  I can log in, but I no longer have access to services. It tells me I have to subscribe to services, but I already have a subscription.I can’t seem to get an answer from your tech team.  Please help!

Greetings,I currently have an Intercom app that seamlessly integrates with our system and our customers' accounts. However, I've observed an unusual behavior during the OAuth process when a user attempts to navigate without being logged in. Intercom redirects the user to the sign-in page but returns an "unexpected error" message due to the inclusion of OAuth query parameters.Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a viable solution? I have attached a screenshot illustrating the error for reference.Thank you in advance for any insights or assistance provided.

We use the Intercom Client within our app for customer support. I’ve found some strange behaviour which may be a bug. The symptom is that pressing X to close the Intercom client appears to close the entire app under certain circumstances.To recreate:Open Intercom client from within our app.Navigate to an item such as a FAQ item which launches a page separately in the phone browser (Chrome in this case)Use the app drawer to switch back to the Intercom ClientPress X to close Intercom ClientThe client closes and the phone Home Screen is shownIt appears that the app is closed as well but if you were to go back to the browser and press back, our app appears there as if the Intercom Client has been disassociated from the [App → Client → Browser] stack.If I do not use the app drawer and just press Back from the browser, it all behaves as expected.Seen in Android SDK 15.0.0 and 15.5.0Was wondering if this a known bug or is there anything we can do with our integration to avoid this?

Experiencing a white page after navigating back from an article might relate to how the Intercom widget or its associated scripts are initialized, especially if there's a conflict when the page is unloaded or when navigating between different routes or pages in your application. Please let me know if I missing anything.

Hi! We currently have a set of rules to close conversations automatically when we recieve messages such as spam and notifications. I am currently migrating those rules to the new workflows settings, but I can’t seem to find an action for it:  Is there another way to acomplish this?Thank you!     

Hey there,When using the Intercom API via Fivetran to get conversation_part_history data, we get it in correctly but not the very first message.The first message creates the conversation and usually comes from a customer or lead. But when getting the full conversation in, the API doesn’t return this very first message for some reason.This message can be found within conversation_history, but we don’t see why it’s not part of conversation_part_history.Are we missing something?Thanks in advance!Levi

Hi there, We’re having an issue with the Intercom Inbox, we’ve just integrated Instagram/Facebook messagers to come through via the native integration. I’ve created a workflow to be triggered when: Messages for the first time, and I’ve set the channel to be Instagram / Facebook (two different workflows)But none of the workflow’s are triggering, are we doing anything wrong? We want to create these messages as Leads directly into Salesforce and tag the source appropriately but we cant do this without the workflow. Thanks in advance for your help!
