How to fix misaligned icons problem, I'm importing the library in a project written in Electron v8.0.0 and angular v9 so how to solve the problem of not aligned icons in the first screenshot? adding a simple css rule on buttons seems solve the problem (2nd screenshot)align-items:center;I can't change the style because it's inside an iframe, how can I solve the problem? maybe is caused by the default stylesheet rules of the old chrome version inside electron 8 ? please help!  

I have a custom object called "Orders". When the user clicks "Cancel Order" in a bot I use a custom action to get their list of orders that can be canceled. Once the user finishes canceling the order, they can click "Cancel Another Order" which will then run the same custom action again to get their list of orders that can be canceled. However even though the custom action's response now has an empty array of orders, the order from the first response is shown in the conversation. How do we clear out the orders array on the conversation with each GET from the custom action?

I have two different places my app takes effect: Main web and Chrome Extension I want page view tracking in the main web app. But, I don't want page view tracking in the chrome extension installation. This is because it's implemented as an IFrame, so the page is always the same and provides no value. The chrome extension activity is tracked by custom events, so I am still covered there.

Hi Community, I've been playing around with checklists and am wanting to set up a choice of two onboarding checklists for anyone signing up to our app.  The idea is that they hit our welcome page and are offered two buttons - Learn more, or Get Set up. This covers the two jobs that people come to our site to do. On each button sits the code to trigger the specific checklist they select. My issue is that I can't find a way to stop the checklists popping automatically. If I turn off the rules in the checklist, it doesn't pop at all if you use the sharing link. If I have rules switched on, the checklists pop automatically before I have time to get them to press their button. Anyone come across this or have a magical idea that will allow me to do this? Would I possibly create an event based on the pressing of the button? (That seems a bit asynchronous though) Thanks,Brent

I'm building a custom bot that automates order refunds. I have set up a custom action that gets recent orders and puts them into the order custom object that maps to people data. This works fine.  The issue is that when I show reply buttons from object data in the bot flow, I am never able to change what orders are shown after the initial 5 are shown. Once the person has orders in their custom object data, those are the orders that are always shown, regardless of what orders were fetched by the custom action.  What I expect to happen is that the orders shown are the same as the ones fetched by the custom action.  I have already verified that external_id is mapped correctly so that there are no duplicates.  I have also tried to map orders to conversation data and NOT people data in order to force refresh the orders when a new conversation has started but that does not work. I am testing the intercom chat with a Dev account.We want to test it before buying it.I am able to popup the intercom box, but I am not seeing the input text to write a message (see the attachment image)Any idea why we can't send message ? 

How can I setup a rule so when we receive an email to sales@ourdomain.com it goes to a specific team? I'm testing it and it's not working.

I want to look at my time-to-close metric, but I want to make it not include snoozed time. I would be ok with doing it manually by seeing time snoozed and doing the math. Is this possible?

I have a push notification that I want to send on the Sunday 7+ days after an event occurs. I have an exit event that could happen at any time.  My scenario: So a user enters the series on a Friday. It waits 7 days which puts them on the next Friday and it schedules the message to send on Sunday (2 days later). On the following day, Saturday, the exit event happens. Will they be removed from the push sending? Or will they still get it because it was scheduled? I want it to not send FYI.

I cannot hide messenger either by condition or just by turning it off, we have embedded the code rather than using GTM so not sure if that affects it. Any ideas? I am trying to turn the messenger off for a certain segment but couldn't get it to work so to test I turned it off completely for all users but it still shows.

Hi there, our company need to create post to show to our users and there are lots of limitations on their creations. For example:I would like to change the font colour to stand out some parts of it.I would like to change also the text to different sizes, like 14pt, 18pt so we can make some parts more important than others, at moment we just have H1, H2 and other.Also I couldn't align images with text, I only see options to get it centred or full size.Space between paragraphs and lines, cant be changed neither.Change button sizes.I am sure I will find some more issues as much as I start working on it.Thanks for your time.

I set up a Custom Object and Linked it to *both* the Person and Conversation objects, as stated in this article. In the Visual Editor, when I select Save reply... I don't see my attribute under the Person object and I don't see the Custom object.

Looking to integrate Intercom's product tour within our application. The application front end is built using web components. A technology that uses a concept called shadow dom. All images are served by downloads.intercomcdn.com and the robots.txt of this subdomain blocks them from indexing by search engines. As a result our pages look broken in search engines

Is there a way to create a bot that identifies the users Client manager (who isn't on intercom) and send that conversation directly to their Client manager?

I would like to push conversations to a Google Sheet in case the conversation is assigned to a specific team inbox.I can do it in case a tag is added to this conversation via a webhook, but I couldn't yet find a way to add this tag automatically. I looked for it in Intercom inbox rules as well as on Zapier. Thanks for helping out!

We are trying to set up a banner on top of our help center page, where it says to be aware of scams for more information click here and send our customers an FAQ regarding scams. We don't understand how to settle up the banner in the URL we need. TYVM

We serve 3 regions and therefore have 3 different 'book in a call' links based on timezones. I want to be able to create one dynamic content block for 'booking in calls' and insert it into all of my emails (rather than having to replicate the same dynamic content block into every email we send). Then anyone creating emails can use this dynamic content block, and also if the links or regions change, I only need to update it in one place.

I activated a survey in intercom and when I set the rules, it was supposed to send to around 300 users based on the rules I set. However, when I checked on the reports, it's showing as "0" sent, am I missing something? The survey has been live for 5 days.
