In our company, we’re trying to retrieve recent conversations per company. I’ve tried the approach of another question posted in the forums. The problem is contacts can be part of multiple companies and when I run the query, the conversations from other companies are showing up as well. Anyway to do this?

Intercom appear animation looks like it’s presenting its View Controller on top of the current View Controller. But in reality it adds a new UIWindow with a snapshot of the current window and presents its View Controller on top of it.The issue is it doesn’t look for the top window, but uses something like UIApplication.shared.windows.first for the snapshot — this breaks animation with multiple app windows.In our case we have another “User is blocked please contact support” window on top (with higher windowLevel), which is not used for this snapshot :(Expected:Intercom should use the top-level key window for the snapshot.Intercom UIWindow’s windowLevel should be the same or higher than the current top window.

How to integrate Intercom with CHAT Gpt?

I have an event that comes from Stripe called "received discount" which has metadata coupon_id, percent_off, amount_off, and duration. I want to be able to create a filtered view for users that received discount with a specific coupon_id. I am able to view this event and metadata in the user profile it just appears that for filtering purposes you can only filter on date or count.

I’m using the /admins endpoint to fetch a list of customer support agents. The response contains only a partial list of the agents. How can I get the full list?

When I snoozed a conversation, Fin always opens it back before the ddl and somtimes, it opened the conversation after I just closed it. I do appreciate if anyone could give some advice. 

Hi there! We’re having problems to see the current subscription statuses of our users. Stripe integration doesn’t show the latest statuses, it doesn’t sync when a subscription canceled for example. This is an issue for a while so wanted to check if anyone else experience the same issue + Intercom team has plans to fix it. Thanks!

Can i create a workflow that sends a message to all open conversations in a specific inbox letting customers know our support agents will be going offline soon based on our office hours? For example, 20 minutes before our default office hours, can a message be triggered and sent to all open conversations in ABC inbox? 

My React native app integrates with Intercom and implements the push notification function, but when the iOS application runs in the foreground, it cannot receive push notifications. Is it because it cannot be implemented or am I missing something？Android is all normal, and iOS is also normal in non foreground mode。Could you please help me solve it as soon as possible。

I have 16,000 conversations which originated from emails being forwarded to Intercom. I’m looking for an easy way of closing all these messages. I’ve tried creating a workflow to close messages, but this seems to only apply to new messages coming in, and is not retrospective.Due to the large number of messages, it’s not practical to hover and highlight or click them one by one.

We need to know if its possible with eg a switch to decide not to send the reply with whole conversation by email in some occations?Eg if the answer I am going to provide is including sensitive data / GDPR stuff I want to “check a box” for the reply only to be visible when logged in and reading in the messenger and not to included in the email notification. As in “read the answer here when logged in”. We use Segment integration with Intercom. It work well on TEST workspace but doesn’t work on PROD. We have the same fields mapping for TEST and PROD environments.

Hello. I would like your assistance on one point regarding HubSpot's data attributes. We currently conduct the NPS survey through HubSpot, after receiving the survey we apply a follow-up flow where we actively contact detractors and neutrals. However, currently, this entire process is manual, we export the research, and then we start a conversation with the customer through the chat in the tool (Intercom). I saw that Wootric already has some data attributes that make it possible to automate the entire process that we now carry out manually. Are we able to get these same attributes with data from the Hub? Example: Last hubspot nps score, last hubspot nps comment...?Thanks!

I’m creating a Custom Action using Stripe’s APIs. The messenger application loads and sometimes it doesn't. After loading, if I try send a message it fails and loads back the intercom home screen and is unable to open the past chats.  Saw that the POST conversation API is getting a 404 error. Please do help as this is happening in my production shopify store.
