missing header Strict-Transport-Security

When evaluating the headers of our Help page, help.caredove.com, the results come back indicating a missing header for Strict-Transport-Security. I used Probely’s Security Headers page for this test: https://securityheaders.com/Is this something that I can change in our Help page configuration? If not how can I go about getting the header changed?The scan shows up 2 additional missing headers, Referrer-Policy & Permissions-Policy, but those are relatively new and do not penalize us as much at this time. Thanks, rob

'Lead email identification' toggled on. Not enough to prevent lead duplicates across devices?

hey folks 👋I have this option set in the security settings, with the understanding that it will add identifiers to leads when they click-through on emails.But! Today I’ve encountered a case where an existing lead ended up with a duplicate record when they clicked-through an email on a different device than the one they initially used to open / interact with that email. Am I wrong in my understanding that this setting should serve as a fallback when a lead lands on our site via an email on a different device/without the initial/last cookie for reference?NB - The page views logged on the duplicate lead show that the URL parameters from the email click were passed-through, so it’s not a case this lead was using a browser setting / extension to strip the tracking IDs.TIA!Adrian

Limiting access of team members to Outbound, Articles and Operator?

Hello Intercom Community! The (relative) recent updates to team’s and teammates’ allow us workspace managers to set permissions very cleanly, and it is a great way to restrict certain teammates from accessing inboxes, customer data, or change settings. However, this is not the case for the menus ‘Outbound’, ‘Articles’ and ‘Operator’, where any one in the workspace can access these menus and apply changes to many of the things available there (live messages, bots, etc.).Is there any one to prevent any access at all to these pages? Just like with the menu ‘reports’, in which when one doesn’t have permissions to access it, they are prevented from even loading it altogether. Thank you 😊

Blocking personal email addresses from becoming leads

Hey all, We’re seeing a lot of personal email addresses coming in as leads via intercom. I wondered if there’s a way to do one of the following:​​​​​​Request/accept business email addresses​ only (blocking personal altogether) Route personal email addresses down a different conversation path (so we don’t apply lead attributes and assign to sales) Any other creative solution that prevents people with personal email addresses becoming leads via the messenger and custom bots becoming leadsBest wishes Tom

Hey everybody - I enabled my intercom chat bot on my website ( http://www.utopialabs.com/) and the app (https://app.utopialabs.com), but the chat icon on the bottom right is not showing up. Do you know why that's happening?

A few notes:I made sure to show the messenger launcherIt says that it installed properly.

Assigning myself a seat

Hi all,We've added an outbound seat, but when I try to publish something it, Intercom says I don't have permission to outbound.When I try to give myself the sit (I'm my organization's admin), I get an error that I can manage my own permissions. How am I supposed to grant myself access to the new features?

Integration with OKTA for SSO and Provisioning - recommended approach when using a [TEST] workspace

Hi all. We are trying to enable the integration with OKTA (firstly for SSO, secondly for SCIM provisioning). The problem we are facing is due to the fact that we have enabled a TEST workspace (separate workspace ID, separate url -> separate app in OKTA). The issue is the following:* If we enable SSO in OKTA only for the primary (production) workspace - the users will be authenticated when going to this workspace. But once they switch to the [TEST] one - they are being redirected to a login page where the are requested to login with their local user/pass (as OKTA cannot authenticate them).  COMPLICATIONS:1. If we create a second app in OKTA for the TEST workspace - the authentication will most probably work, but we will be facing other problems on OKTA side (having to administer 2 apps, 2 set of user groups and respectively - having to add/remove people from both apps).While at the same time the user base on Intercom is one for the both workspaces (the primary and the TEST one) and t

A teammate has not received her invitation email, but I can't resend the invite or delete the invite sent by our boss in order to resend it. Is there a way to fix this?

Here is what she told me specifically regarding this: "I still have not received an invitation from Intercom. ------ tried sending it again yesterday (several times) and nothing. I've tried signing in (using the work email that the invite was sent to) and it says the account doesn't exist."
