Intercom vs. Salesforce Support Cloud (specific to support...not CRM): Curious if anyone has experience with both and any major pros/cons or differences you noticed in your support workflows.

Hello,  We are looking to hire a dev who can help connect Intercom with our tech stack such as, Memberspace, Circle, and possibly even Podia. Most important in Memberspace. As it stands, Intercom doesn't seem to be able to pull in data from Memberspace since they don't release the IP address of our users but they have several dev articles dedicated to the topic, however, JavaScript knowledge is needed which is above my head. Please email me at shawna@earthspeak.love - looking to hire asap. Question about email series - I thought that new people who entered a campaign would not receive "past emails" (ie. with specific date-based waits). But I had new entrants get all past emails at once. What do I need to do to keep that from happening?

I'm collecting a certain type of data about my users with a post using Ask a Question app, that can only save answers into a people data attribute. That specific attribute is in a list format. My marketing team needs this information in a company data attribute in a text format.  Would anybody know how to set up automation that would allow me to move text value from my list format attribute into another attribute that is a text format? The first one is people data, the second should be company data. Thank you!

Can we build a forum-style page for our own product similar to Interconnected?

I'd like to add 100+ users to a tagged group but as they already exist on our intercom account I'm worried they will be duplicated (and receive multiple emails). Is there a simpler way of doing this rather than me searching for each individual person and tagging them? I have a document with all of the emails I need.

We recently had to update our customer's user ID's and a few duplicate records were created in the process. I read that we can't merge 2 users so it seems like archiving the duplicate is the only alternative. I'm just worried about that possibly having unwanted side effects. Is it possible to run two banners at the same time?

We use Intercom for chat & articles. Will a forum feature (like Interconnected) become available to us to purchase as well? (BTW - I did search, but couldn't find similar topics, so I apologize if this has been asked a gazillion times already). Paul

I love intercom, but as the product has grown our small team needs a partner to help us design and expand intercom to support our Shopify App Store Listing (https://apps.shopify.com/bing-shopping. Where can we find a list of partners/experts on intercom?

I can't seem to figure out what makes Intercom NOT a CRM at this point. By boss (CEO), wants me to find us a good CRM, but honestly, I am not sure we need one so long as we have enough Intercom features. Can anyone explain to be the main differences between Intercom and a full CRM platform?

Auto tagging capabilities? Is this possible in Intercom, and what are the entryways for those automatic tags to be applied?

I am trying to determine OKRs for my support team. While response time and other time-related metrics sound good, I want to focus on the quality of the conversations we have with the customers. Are there any suggestions on how to do this?
