Why is the notification sound sporadic?

We currently have 4 users on using different browsers - predominately Chrome and Microsoft Edge. All Notification preferences are set, however, are beep alert is very sporadic - some days works all day for new chats and then silence.... have looked for a multitude of options - incl.updating/refreshing the browser - anyone have this issue and now of a fix?

How can I find the article that the Messenger directs me to? The pics in Messenger are too small for humans to read.

I'd be okay with reading through a response in the Messenger window, but I can't click on photos to expand them...and, thus, they are pointless as an aid to understanding. Thanks

Added apps not showing - ?

What I'm seeing in my Messenger setup for Users is not what my colleagues are seeing. I've added an app to include a link to our Help Center and things looked and works fine for me in Firefox. But then, when I sent them the update, they said they can't see the added app in Messenger? It still worked fine for me in Firefox, so I then went to an entirely new browser (Chrome) to try to see what they're seeing...I, too, couldn't see the added app. My Messenger preview shows that they should be there, though - ?? I added it to both User and Visitor to no avail. Again, it worked fine for me - but only me. Side note: I don't think I actually added the right app in the way that Intercom intended, but it "worked" for me. To add a URL for our Help Center, I added an app....chose Content Showcase...Flexible List...customize...then just left most of it blank after adding a title and URL. Messenger TipsProbably obvious and a well known approach but we rely on the Messenger message types to drive engagement for diff types of messages; Chat: when we want to get customers to engage to pick up a convo and drive adoption - now partnered with reso-bots and FAQ answers. Posts: when we generally do not want responses but want to drive action or share info Badge; Low priority (not time sensitive) and impact (no action or impact to services) engagement that is shared as an FYI - the benefit of these is they can queue up and increase count and can be opened later. This allows for ongoing and continuous engagement without impacting customer journey Snippet; Low/Medium priority, and impact where action is required - where part of the message is visible with indicators of what to do so attention is grabbed.
